A)

1. Your delivery will be done by our own delivery team or our respective courier service partners.

2. We aim to deliver our Product to your delivery address within 10 working days, subject to availability of stocks.

3. We shall notify you in case there is any delay in the delivery process due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damage, charges or expenses due to late deliveries.

Change of delivery date and time is subject to availability and schedule of our delivery team. Our delivery team will contact you after your purchase to arrange for your delivery. Miniso Malaysia may charge additional delivery fees for any last-minute change of delivery date and time.

 

B)

1. Any request for cash refund shall not be entertained unless your order is out of stock. The refund process shall take about 30 days.

2. Any defective items can only be exchanged on one-to-one basis and no cash refund shall be provided.

3. All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. In every case, any item(s) returned shall be in its original condition with its original packaging. Otherwise, any request for return or exchange will not be entertained.

5. For all items sought to be returned or exchanged, risks attached such an item are to be borne by the customer until it has been safely delivered to our warehouse. Hence, please ensure that such an item has been properly packed to avoid damage. We shall not entertain any request for refund or exchange for damaged items.

6. Miniso Malaysia shall not be responsible for any missing parcels, delay and/or return-back along the delivery process caused by our third party delivery partner(s). However, we shall assist you on this matter within our means and responsibility.
